I left Chicago and the weather forecasting business in 2001 and started a new life in Baja, Mexico. Over the last four years I have enjoyed working with and living with both the local Mexican community and hundreds of fellow Americans that decided to "trade" the fast paced lifestyle in many of our big cities with pollution, traffic congestion and over priced meals for clean air, no traffic, a cheaper cost of living and of course the beautiful Sea of Cortez.

I lived and worked at El Dorado Ranch just north of San Felipe for four years as the activities director and part time sales person. Recently I made a change. I decided to join San Felipe Marina Resort and Spa as their Activities Director as well as full time sales. The property is located 1.5 miles south of town and 1.5 miles north of the San Felipe Airport. It is really quite spectacular with luxury condominiums (Baja Diamante) and townhomes as well as marina slips available for boats and yachts.

I decided to get involved and in fact bought one of the penthouse condominiums overlooking the marina and Sea of Cortez with a view of San Felipe to the north. I look forward to having you come down and visit our wonderful beach and spend some time getting to know our growing community.

I am enjoying a quiet, single lifestyle surrounded by friends including my Mom and step-Dad that decided to make the move across the border.
